AR Murugadoss commenced the shooting of Ezham Arivu recently at the Ampa Skywalk in Poonamalle High Road. The shooting took place at the PVR Theatres situated inside the mall complex. The film’s hero Suriya was also present at the spot where scenes involving him were filmed. Ezham Arivu also stars Shruti Haasan, who plays Suriya’s love-interest.
The music for this venture has been scored by Harris Jayaraj and Ravi K Chandran is in charge of the camera.
Surya’s Singam was released world wide on May 29th to packed houses in nearly 600 screens world wide. On overwhelming advance booking, Singam has opened to full houses in almost all the theaters over the weekend in chennai.
Surya’s Singam has collected a Box office Collection of Rs.80 lacs in chennai alone in its opening first week. Singam directed by Hari features Surya and Anushka in lead roles. As per trade sources the movie may collect nearly 4 Crores in chennai alone.
